いすゞ自動車(株)に納入される全ての部品に使用される塗料材料(以下，材料という)は，本規格に従い，いすゞ材料規格への登録･承認を受けなければならい。

又，適合するいすゞ材料規格(以下，材料規格という)がない場合，新規に規格を制定するために，材料を登録し，承認を得なければならない。 新規に材料を材料規格へ登録し，承認を受ける場合，材料特性保証書をいすゞ自動車(株)へ提出しなければならない。

記載内容には材料規格を制定する際に必要な情報を含むものとする。

提出された材料特性保証書の承認，及び材料規格への登録・承認はいすゞ自動車(株)が行なう。

As required by this standard, the painting material (hereafter called "Material") used for all parts delivered to ISUZU MOTORS LIMITED must receive registration and approval to the appropriate Engineering STANDARD-MATERIAL (hereafter called "Material Standard").

Moreover, when there is no relevant Material Standard, the material shall be registered and approved to establish a new standard.

In order for a new material to be registered and approved to a Material Standard, suppliers must submit Material Properties Certification (MPC) to ISUZU Motors Ltd.

The certifications must contain all necessary information needed to establish a Material Standard.

Final judgment regarding acceptability of MPC, and registration and approval of the Material to the Material Standard rests with ISUZU Motors Ltd.
